By requesting, scheduling, or receiving any services, or by using our website, mobile applications, or AI-powered dispatch system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

LocksmithAI operates a nationwide network of licensed, independent locksmith technicians. Our services include:

Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our sole discretion for any lawful reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, inability to verify property ownership, or capacity constraints.

Pricing & Payment

  • Timely Presence: Be present or have an authorized representative present during service
  • Payment Responsibility: Provide timely payment for all services rendered
  • Compliance: Comply with all technician safety requests and instructions

Failure to provide adequate proof of ownership may result in service refusal and you may still be responsible for any service call fees incurred.

Warranties & Guarantees

Workmanship Warranty

LocksmithAI provides a limited 90-day workmanship warranty on labor performed by our technicians. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use conditions.

Parts Warranty

Parts and hardware are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. LocksmithAI does not provide additional warranties on parts beyond those offered by the manufacturer.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
  • Acts of nature, vandalism, or attempted break-ins
  • Failure to follow technician recommendations

Satisfaction Commitment

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion and we will work with you to address your concerns.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • LocksmithAI's total liability for any claims arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
  • LocksmithAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • LocksmithAI is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not caused by our technicians
  • LocksmithAI is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • LocksmithAI is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by customers

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LocksmithAI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, franchisees, and network technicians from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any false or misleading information you provide
  • Any unauthorized service requests

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Cancellations made before a technician is dispatched incur no charge
  • After Dispatch: Cancellations after technician dispatch may incur a service call fee
  • No-Show: Failure to be present at the scheduled time may result in full service call charges
  • Rescheduling: We accommodate rescheduling requests when possible, subject to availability

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the state where the service was performed or, at LocksmithAI's election, in Delaware.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
