By accessing our website, calling our service line, or using any LocksmithAI service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• You have authority to request services for the property or vehicle in question
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information
• You understand and accept all terms outlined in this agreement
• You consent to electronic communications and digital signatures

LocksmithAI operates a nationwide network of licensed, independent locksmith technicians. Our services include:

• Automotive Services: Car lockouts, key replacement, key programming, ignition repair, and transponder services
• Residential Services: Home lockouts, lock changes, rekeying, deadbolt installation, and smart lock setup
• Commercial Services: Business lockouts, access control systems, master key systems, and high-security solutions
• Emergency Services: 24/7 emergency lockout assistance and urgent security needs

Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our sole discretion for any lawful reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, inability to verify property ownership, or capacity constraints.

Service Fees

• All service fees are quoted before work begins whenever possible
• Quotes are estimates based on information provided and standard conditions
• Additional charges may apply for parts, specialized equipment, or unforeseen complications
• Emergency and after-hours services may include premium rates
• Pricing is subject to change without prior notice

Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full upon completion of services
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash
• A service call fee may apply regardless of whether service is completed
• Failed payment attempts may result in additional processing fees

As a customer, you agree to:

• Proof of Ownership: Provide valid identification and proof of ownership or authorization for the property or vehicle being serviced
• Accurate Information: Supply accurate location, contact, and service details
• Safe Access: Ensure safe and legal access to the service location
• Timely Presence: Be present or have an authorized representative present during service
• Payment Responsibility: Provide timely payment for all services rendered
• Compliance: Comply with all technician safety requests and instructions

Failure to provide adequate proof of ownership may result in service refusal and you may still be responsible for any service call fees incurred.

Workmanship Warranty

LocksmithAI provides a limited 90-day workmanship warranty on labor performed by our technicians. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use conditions.

Parts Warranty

Parts and hardware are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. LocksmithAI does not provide additional warranties on parts beyond those offered by the manufacturer.

Warranty Exclusions

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Normal wear and tear
• Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
• Acts of nature, vandalism, or attempted break-ins
• Failure to follow technician recommendations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• LocksmithAI's total liability for any claims arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• LocksmithAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• LocksmithAI is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not caused by our technicians
• LocksmithAI is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• LocksmithAI is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by customers

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LocksmithAI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, franchisees, and network technicians from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any false or misleading information you provide
• Any unauthorized service requests

• Before Dispatch: Cancellations made before a technician is dispatched incur no charge
• After Dispatch: Cancellations after technician dispatch may incur a service call fee
• No-Show: Failure to be present at the scheduled time may result in full service call charges
• Rescheduling: We accommodate rescheduling requests when possible, subject to availability

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the state where the service was performed or, at LocksmithAI's election, in Delaware.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the "LocksmithAI" and "Emma" names and marks, are the exclusive property of LocksmithAI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission
• You may not use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• You grant us a license to use any feedback or suggestions you provide

Our website and services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. LocksmithAI is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

LocksmithAI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and LocksmithAI regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
